Sieves with perforated (sheet metal) plates
Sieves with perforated plates provide a reliable tool for precise separation and fractionation of a wide range of materials. They are manufactured in stainless steel, steel, or aluminium (AL) and are available in diameters Ø 200 mm, Ø 300 mm and in the 500 × 500 mm size.
The screening surface consists of perforated sheet metal with precisely defined openings. They are produced with round openings from Ø 1 mm or square openings from 2 × 2 mm up to 125 × 125 mm, allowing their use across a broad spectrum of applications, from fine analysis to coarse screening.
The sieves comply with ČSN ISO 3310-2. They are suitable for manual or mechanical, dry or wet sieving.
The sieves are fully compatible with sieves and sieve shakers from other recognised manufacturers.
Analytical sieves with perforated plates are used where higher mechanical resistance and precisely defined opening shapes are required. They are used for sieving and classifying construction materials, rocks, aggregates, cement, fertilisers, feed, and other granular raw materials with higher abrasiveness. Thanks to their sheet-metal construction, they withstand mechanical stress well and are suitable for applications where finer wire-mesh sieves would not provide sufficient durability. Sieves with perforated plates offer reliable and repeatable results in both laboratory and operational environments.
